As this new role, Wamsley will manage floor and financial operations for both facilities, overseeing sales performance, production execution and cross-functional alignment across both divisions. Additionally, Wamsley will help further integrate Steves & Sons’ material procurement strategy, strengthening the company’s systems approach and reinforcing cost discipline, supply continuity and operational excellence.
Wamsley is highly respected across the millwork industry for his leadership, technical skills, knowledge and steady operational discipline. His expanded appointment represents the company’s full confidence in his ability to lead both operations forward with clarity and accountability.

A second-generation millworker, Wamsley brings 40 years of industry experience, including nearly 22 years with Steves & Sons. He attended Indiana University and has served as general manager of the company’s exterior door division since 2004.
Wamsley’s appointment comes as the company undergoes rapid expansion, with plans to hire approximately 150 employees across its operations, including 30 additional workers in San Antonio.
